Terms of Service
Welcome to Reas Studio ("we," "our," or "us"), which is a personal developer brand. By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (including VisioGrade, Macro Studio, What Do You Meme?, Sync-Souls, and Word Hopper), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
Our software products, specifically Macro Studio, are distributed under an "Open-Core" model:
- The core system functionality is open-source and is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to inspect, compile, run, and distribute the open-core source code in accordance with its license.
- Additional proprietary modules, features, or integrations (such as the premium Lua Scripting Engine) are subject to commercial licensing terms and conditions if and when they are released. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or bypass licensing checks for these proprietary components.
We do not charge fees or process payments for any subscription plans at this time. However, we reserve the right to offer premium features, proprietary tools, or paid subscription services in the future. Any future paid services will be subject to additional fees, payment terms, and policies which will be published at the time of their introduction.
You agree to use our services and software responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. For users of Macro Studio, you acknowledge that simulating inputs, mouse movements, or keystrokes inside third-party games or applications may violate the Terms of Service, EULAs, or anti-cheat regulations of those third parties.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK: REAS STUDIO ASSUMES NO LIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY, OR OBLIGATION FOR ACCOUNTS SUSPENDED, BANNED, TERMINATED, OR RESTRICTED BY THIRD PARTIES (INCLUDING ONLINE GAME PUBLISHERS) AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF MACRO STUDIO. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THAT THE USE OF AUTOMATION IS PERMITTED BY THE TARGET PLATFORM.
You may not use our software or website to create or distribute malware, spyware, cheat systems for illegal activities, or engage in any actions that disrupt our infrastructure or services.
OUR WEBSITE, SOFTWARE, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAS STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE COMPLETELY SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REAS STUDIO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR ITS OWNER(S) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN US DOLLARS ($10.00 USD).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reas Studio and its developers/owners from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our software or services, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or the software shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts and execution offices of Istanbul, Turkey.
