By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or using our applications (including VisioGrade, Macro Studio, and Sync-Souls), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Our software products, specifically Macro Studio, are distributed under an "Open-Core" model:
- The core system functionality is open-source and is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to inspect, compile, run, and distribute the open-core source code in accordance with its license.
- Additional proprietary modules, features, or integrations (such as the premium Lua Scripting Engine) are subject to commercial licensing terms and subscription fees.
Certain features, including the Macro Studio Lua Scripting Engine, are sold as paid subscription tiers:
- Pricing: Subscription plans are billed at a flat rate of $5 USD per month (or equivalent local pricing) and grant access to premium features and support.
- Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.
You agree to use our services and software responsibly. For Macro Studio users, you acknowledge that automating inputs in third-party applications or games may violate the terms of service of those third parties. Reas Studio assumes no liability for accounts suspended or terminated by third parties due to your use of Macro Studio.
You may not use our software or website to create or distribute malware, spyware, or other harmful tools.
Our website, software, and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of our tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reas Studio and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, tools, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
